After a quiet July, we're back on the live thang early August. We're trying to arrange some September dates as I type, but for now here's where you can catch us in August:

7th Aug - Club Fandango @ The Wilmington Arms, London
8th Aug - Small Lies @ Bar One, Derby

Cheers, all x

Good evening! I've just received my copy of a new compilation we're on, called Life Has it in for Us (Vol. 2). It's a pretty good way to spend a couple of quid if you like your indiepop!! Go HERE to order it.

Cheers to Sam of 'alayerofchips' for including us on the mighty fine disc!

...August and September. But mainly September. Why? Because we're doing a gig on August 7th at The Wilmington Arms in London, then the next day, that's the 8th, we just might possibly be playing in Derby, but this has not been confirmed. I repeat, this has not been CONFIRMED.

September, though, is better. Not only is it my birthday, but we will also have a lovely EP out. We've all put a lot of hard work into it, and I'm sure it will receive unanimous critical acclaim the world over. But most importantly, what will it look like?

As yet, I don't know. Maybe some sort of novelty element to it that will attract the attention of people who fall for things looking quirky, cool, or kitsch? Or maybe not, I don't know. But anyway, September will see us play a fair few gigs, and then? Then maybe some more gigs.

It's late. How dare you interrupt me.

The gig we played in London last week was not only overshadowed by the death of Michael Jackson, it was also pretty good fun. It was a 'How Does it Feel?' night, and I can heartily recommend you go to future incarnations if you're in the area! It was a nice mix of indie bands.

In other news, check out our associated bands Themakingof (at Derby Rockhouse on July 18th) and You Animals (currently touring the UK in support of their new single). Mascot Fight don't have a gig until August 7th, but rest assured it will be a corker worth the wait.
